once you have an allergic reaction to DNP, the likelyhood of recurrence is very high. Most people cannot use again.


DNP is effective, but there are a lot of caveats to its use.
 
i didnt get a rash till i was off for 2 days ( this was my first time runnin it ) ... now i take benydril ed ... and after i take my last DNP cap i take bump it to one tab every 8 hours for 5 days ... nothing so far .... DaDawg said it .. slow and steady wins the race

my lab rat had a reaction once but it was plain powder dnp . my lab rat has had a reaction so far to 500 mg crystal dnp with the quercetin [ ? spelling ] added .

Quercetin is a VERY powerful bioflavinoid so that's a good "filler" for DNP caps.
 
How is the weight loss from DNP...is it similar to t3 where it doesn't distinguish between muscle/fat or is it more effective at directly reducing fat?
 
DNP is less catabolic.

there are many ways to limit the problems that arise from DNP use.

taking small amounts of fructose through the day- better energy and fat loss (reglycogenate liver)
drinking lots of water
taking taurine- helps with cramping and hydration
taking quercetin. Resveratrol is a better option though a lot more expensive.- helps stave off allergies
increasing potassium and magnesium intake

augmenting energy and fat loss
cardio breeze (though just caffiene is fine/ EC stack is also tolerable)

WATER- hydration is essential to effectivenes as well as health.

Weightloss from DNP is also more permanent b/c it's not hormone dependent.
 
im sure its just pure coinsidence...but like i stated in the first post, i was perfectly fine throughout the first part of the cycle....the only thing i did different that day was drink a V8 about 30min. prior to the itching...it was my first v8 to drink on the cycle, mush less in years and years....probally just pure coinsidence
 
i think clen and T3 are 100 x worse then DNP ... but thats just me .. and yes i have ran a clen + T3 cycle and hated it .. im just glad my heart didnt blast out of my chest
 
well im going to try it again come monday...going in at it with more knowledge and hoping for the best..thanks to all who contribuited on this thread!!

im on day 9 of DNP @ 400mg / day ill never use clen or cytomel again... maybe cytomel ..
 
DNP is the most potent fat burner out there period. Just be sure you know what you're doing.
 
okay...so im going to give it another shot. this time im going to lower the dosage to just 250mg a day for 21 days..

HOPING the same thing will not happen, ....i took some more info from you guys and this time im going to tweek it a bit more and lower the dosage.... i took before pics, and i'll post them when im done..

remember slow and steady wins the race . side effects down equal results . i know a guy who ran 250 mg ed along with 25 mcg of t3 and had amazing results . with little to zero sides .
