Whats going on fellas..
im not making a log or anything, just had my first 'con' to DNP..
this is technically my 1st cycle.
i tried it about 3 months ago, and a week into it, i got a bad cold *i was battling it off/on for about 3 prior months..just had relaps* ...i posted a thread about opinions, and it was widly agreed that i should quit till i felt better. which i did
okay, i started 5 days ago, again 250mg a day for the first 4 days...this is my 2nd day of bumping it to 500mg. I developed a alergic reaction about 20min once i got out of the shower, my ass itched, wels on my legs *like bug bites*, my arms....so i went to wallgreens and grabbed a bottle of Bendryll *i know i should have had it already*
im planning on running it at 2 weeks, not going over the 500mgs.
I chose to run it in the winter months due to my job, im outside alot in the elements...soo naturally its safer for me to run into winter..
the heat is NOT intense for me...yes i sweat during the day a little depending on the room temp at the time..., and i have little night sweats *i sleep with the windows open in my room being that its 20-30degrees outside. my day sweating is NOT severe but its slightly uncomfortable at times.. the time where i sweat bad is when im working out..
i know the rule is to not work out hard, but im that kind of person that has to try to push my limits *im working on that*..
as far as dieting goes.. im trying to eat clean and healthy...no fast food..i know threads say you can eat whatever you want...but i want to get the most out of the experience and want to do it right...no regrets
my meals go -
breakfest - bowel of apple/spice oatmeal
lunch- chicken breast w/ green beans
dinner- usually a boal of something..tonight was red beans/rise w/ cornbread.
saltine crackers in between (only thing we have in the trailer at work)
i drink about 1-1.5 gallens of water today... the first few days i was getting some headaches, so i figured that was me dehydrating, i have not had the problems since..
as far as weight loss, i didnt weigh myself..i feel bloated, which is natural. I have about 30lbs i want to get off of me to get me down to 225-230ish. i know i wont achieve it with this cycle, but with eating good/dieting/ect. i know i can acomplish it. I dont want to take another cycle till i get down to around that point.
its one thing to read something, and experience it. im not saying everybody should learn on their own..but i was pretty amazed at the carb heat....i can defiantly tell about 30-40 min after i eat carbs.... ie. i overdid it on the cornbread tonight, and i have to say, i was hotter than shit about an hour afterwards...
anyway, this might be boring to all, but i just wnanted to share my 'alergic reaction'....i want to continue the cycle till next friday, but if the alergies continue i'll bump down to 250 a day...if they get severe, i'll just quit..... i wont metion the source name, but im guessing the added ingridents in his batch is the reason why im not having the severe sides that is constantly posted on the site...ie the severe heat/sweating/unbareable
im just hoping to get 5-10lbs off, and i'll be happy... yall have a great night and a safe weekend
