Do my arms look full enough for guy that wears 17.5 x 38 dress shirt

I'm 6'3 so I have always been a little paranoid about my arms not looking as full as guys who are 5'7-5'10. Keep in mind I do have a pump but I'm not flexing at all.View attachment 560603

I don't think you are using the word full appropriately.... do they look as big proportionally as a 5'7-5'10 guy... that's not how it works.... compared to who @ 5'7? a pro bb?

you have high bodyfat and water... so they of course won't be as "full" / "big" looking as a guy shorter than you.


I'm basically your height... and my arms are 20 inches.... they look small to a guy who is 5'7 with 17 inch arms.

OP has good arms and his BF% is not that high. Why do you want to look big in a damn dress shirt. I want to look normal in a dress shirt but my arms and shoulders kill my shirts. This shit is not comfortable OP. I'm a short dude too like 5'7 or 5'8 something like that. Just drop one shirt size and you will be uncomfortable but look huge. I like being able to hide my bulk but even a hoody won't do the trick anymore.

His bodyfat is not that high. Around 14% seems right. You're just fucking shredded man. Remember different goals dude. OP might not want that shredded look. He can fill out a shirt very well at 19% bf (PL).

You have ok deltoid/bicep separation. If you drop some more body fat, your arm will actually look a lot bigger once the muscle seperation "pops"



Same thing happens to me. I look a lot less muscular >15%




That looks like good arm development for 6'3. On average. A lot of twigs walking around over 6'3
