Do Supplements Really Work??

I've been spending some money on supplements and I'm not sure If I'm getting any results. I tried need2slin for 2 months and it didn't do anything for me. No weight loss. My wife tried liquid albuterol for the same amount of time with no results, just a little jittery. I've been using Gear protein pills and whey protein while on cycle and not off cycle stopped taking them and I feel no different. Do these supplement really work? I have yet to read any actual logs where any of these supplements have worked. 2lbs here or there or people saying they can feel it kicking in for Gear (protein kicking in?) but no real substantial results.

Anyone have any products that are logged and or proven to work?

Well its hard to log stuff like gear because you don't know where'd you be without it. Supplements help speed up gains and not life changing. But they do help.

As far as the need2slin...Did you use it as directed....carb timing is very important with that product. As far as the Albuterol you need to look into your or hers diet and cardio program...if your not on the spot with your calories and eating clean its not going to help.

Ya totally agree. I'm not by all means saying this is you. I've heard it a ton of times people taking a fat burner and getting McDonald's and shit. They complain it doesn't work. Well there just too dumb to realize its there eating.

Thanks for the replies guys. I took the need2slin according to the directions. The albuterol didn't have any directions (research only) so I read on this board to take 1mg per day. Today I read to take it 4 times a day. 6ml bottle from RUI. Just wondering how many of these products actually work. (with a balanced diet and exercise). IE. some people swear by Gear protein pills, but are they better than whey protein?

I have used both of the products that you stated above, need2slin and gear from ntbm with very good results. I find that with the need2slin like BigKev said carb timing is very important, I took mine 30 mins before a carb meal. Gear is a staple of mine, I can feel the difference when I take it. I think that it is a great blend and that the addition of Super Plasma Blood Serum is what sets it apart from your standard whey protein. I'm not saying that I would just take Gear and forsake all others, but it is a good fit for in between meals and definately preworkout.

I know as far as weight loss bro I'm with you it's hard has hell since bann of ephedra years ago. That being said if your diet truly is clean, try adding some anabeta if you want size and BPS Combustion for energy.

anabeta BPS

Never heard of these before. Anabeta increases appetitie which would be good during a cycle of AAS. As for BPS, I would have to look into that one as well.

Thanks for the input keep it coming.
