I'm 23yrs old 6ft 3 in 235lbs and about 9 percent bodyfat. I've just recently started powerlifting to add some size and was wondering if i should be doing any cardio? I'm used to training and a fast pace/high intensity so I didn't do any cardio before just worked out really hard. Now I'm lifting more weight less times, but still working at a very high intensity. I want to put on about another 30lbs of solid muscles w/o adding much fat. Is this possible if I add cardio to my workouts or would i be burning up the muscle i'm trying to gain? If i should add cardio what would you advise and how many times a week?
