do you need to cap vit b5

im ordering some b5 powder, and i really do not want to cap it.

is it ok to mix it w/ some water and drink it or what ??

how would someone measure this stuff

I did it with some powder, I think it came with a scoop. Just water would make it pretty nasty, but it was ok with juice. Still, I prefer caps or tabs.
