well my bottle says keep between 5-30 c.. and it was 40 out a couple days ago so thought id see if anyone does it

Wow, if it's that hot in the house I might think about it. Maybe the warmest part of the fridge, up in the top of the door or something.

lots of bacteria in a refrigerator. Possible old mold spores hidden some where. Maybe if it is a small personal bedroom size mini fridge that has been sterilized and never had anything stored in it. But it seems like it could cause contamination.

I keep my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in the fridge. I seal it in a clean zip-lock bag and always wipe the vial down with an alcohol wipe

If it gets hot in the house u can't exactly control that without a/c. But down low back in a cabinet in your kitchen or bathroom is a good start. I never had a problem with it. As said above. Room temp. Away from light is ideal.

Are you serious it got to 40° c?? That's like 100 degrees inside! Any way IMO you still don't need to refrigerate gear. Some gear is actually "made" at higher temps. And the only way you would get mold/bacteria from the fridge is if you don't alcohol swap the stopper before inserting needle... HCG? Yes refrigerate.
