Yessir. I've been trying to restart my metabolism for a while now.
Note on the low fat, I'm on TRT.
 
How do you find BJJ fits in with your training? Now that I'm only lifting 3 days/week I've been thinking about picking it up. Or Muy Thai.

actually the priority is bjj, then training lol..

twice a week i double train bjj.. morning and evening..

the other three days i do bjj in the morning and lift in the evening.. its hard on the body.. my lifts suffer.. but its worth it

your looking at a 4 time gold medalist :D

LOL. Yeah, I want to do something more than just "look good" yanno? Having the capability to kick someone's ass and being strong is more appealing to me than having 20 in biceps at this point. Granted, I do still have the desire to get on stage some day and I love being in the gym.
