Nope, I turn off seeding. The problem is with public trackers that sometimes these companies seed into just to get IP addresses. The DMCA notice actually goes to the ISP, which is then delivered to their customer. It's a "three strikes" law where if they refuse to do anything after having a notice sent to them three times, the ISP is responsible financially. So instead of them taking the shot to the wallet, they warn you two times, and shut your internet off instead. It's bullshit how the MPAA or RIAA can cause stuff like this, but that's what happens when you can lobby with millions of dollars at your disposal.
I still download stuff, but I can't use bittorrent for awhile.
