Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

How'd the lab write ups go buddy? At least it's physics, it could be a boring subject :p

Still not quite yet done. They're both INSANELY boring. :( Let's see how the fact that pressure on a liquid is solely determined by the density of the liquid, the constant of gravity and the height of the liquid in a container by measuring two little holes that gush water out changes as the height of the water decreases. OH BUT WE HAVE TO DO INTEGRATIONS ON THE FORCES, can't just say what it is - height decreases, distance of water column expelled decreases.

I can't wait to be done with this boring ass course. :crying:

My mind is still blown that there ARE folks appointed to necro old threads with one-liners that have no bearing on content. I figured that we'd want pertinent threads that actually help people; bringing more to the site. Oh well, guests in someone elses house, etc. :worried:

1. Stress? Check.
2. Poor sleep? Check.
3. Poor diet combined with alcohol? Check.

Sounds like it's working as intended. Not being a dick, but I'd bet if you fix at least 2 of those - you'll start to see gains coming your way again. At least I know if my diet is off (even for a day), or if I'm running on fumes my training that day is shit. Kind of like this morning, where I couldn't even put up 400 on the bench as I only had 3hrs of sleep and apparently that bleu cheese burger was too much for my system to handle. :worried:

Sure clen and T3 can make things worse, but a lack of energy is most likely the others. Do agree with Dre on the taurine though; it's on my permanent Amazon monthly auto-ship. If I'm lacking taurine/magnesium/potassium/calcium/sodium, I'm one hurting unit.

No worries, I know what I'm doing to myself is counterproductive to what my goals are.
I was just surprised how quickly my strength turned south once clen came into the mix.

It may not even be the clen necessarily; just that it happened to be the "final straw" in this case. Sometimes I can just power through a shitty workout by using a pwo or finding just the right group of songs to get me fired up, but if I'm lacking sleep and stressed out to the gills, it's one hell of an uphill battle.

Sounds like it might be time to call it an early evening and get a good 12 hour night's sleep. ;)

That's hard to do when you're scheduled to work 12 :/
What I really need is a vacation from everything.
Everywhere I'm turning these days it's some bullshit stressful situation after another.
I haven't had a real day off in 2013 yet.

Training last night was much better, strength was still low but manageable.
If I have any strength at all I won't resort to drinking tonight either, I finished my vodka and don't intend on buying more for a while.

Yeah, everyone needs a nice vacation every so often. Even if it's just a vacation from work/problems for a day - we're just not intended to operate under fight or flight stimulus constantly like we have been for the last 30 years.

I agree completely.
I have to use my vacation days for doctor appointments because they're half a state away. :(

Normally I don't get the luxury of using vacation days as intended.

Maybe it's time to call in sick and just go fishing or something. ;)

Would you believe me if I told you I got one, yes one sick day per year?

I'm planning on taking a week unpaid when I close on my house.
Move in, get settled and hopefully relax just a little.

Man, I work too much :(

Fishing for peen, with your butthole.

Damn, straight to the point this morning ehh? Hold on... I might have something for you.
I'm still sleepy, so yeah - a bit on the direct side. I'm probably going to get in trouble when I hit the gym in 20 minutes. :worried:

Wow. Only ONE per year? Crikey. Yeah, hopefully you can get all settled in after a few days so you can take a well-deserved break and enjoy your new pad. Hold off on the home improvements for at least a couple months, I know how tempting it can be! ;)
