Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

these days im pioneer all around and a regular kicker punch 12 inch... believe it or not its more than enough for me.. though i wouldn't mind a 10 inch dub 7... those things are clear as hell

Ahh. Now you're talking my language. Loved MBquart (when they were in business), great products. The w6 is probably one of the fastest responding, most accurately reproducing subwoofer. This thing should be in a custom enclosure as it's not very forgiving with airspace inaccuracies.

I don't want to say that phrase you posted last. But yes, sure :p - stop corrupting me.
Yeah, makes me sad that a lot of the best manufacturers went out of business. :( Yep, I had a custom sealed enclosure made that gave them exactly 1.2 cubic feet each. Loved playing snare drum songs as that shit would kick you in the chest like a horse! I seriously miss playing with that stuff. Hi-output alternators, 15 farad cap arrays, hell - I had to install a relay for my remote power on lead as my ZPA 0.5 would kick into high voltage mode; sucking juice from my deck. Almost croaked it lol.

YES! I knew you were a pimp! :wiggle:
Why do you guys weigh your vehicles down? It's all about weight reduction not addition lol.
Because we're silly of course! Going fast is fun, but going deaf is fun too. :D

when i was competing i used 4 kicker L7's all ported coupled with two RF 1500.1 amps.. and stage 3 cap... follow by mbquart mids and highs with a alpine amp...

you could hear me from about 4 blocks away...
Man, I miss the old Rockford Fosgate. I don't remember who bought them, but I remember when they sold the brand, it totally went downhill. :( I had a buddy Eric that would demo for Kicker too. He had a 91 trans-am that had 8 of their 10" isobarics. He kept shattering his back window, so they ended up putting in pure plexi instead and smoked it. Now THAT was one loud ride!

Boooooooooo, off to class I go! :(

I started lifting weights the summer befor 9th grade and hit my growth spurt at the same time, it worked well for me I gained 60 pounds in one year. My son is in 7th grade and wants to lift in the worst way, right now he rides bike plays sports and dose one of the 90 day workout things (more aerobic than weights) he's already about 5'6 160 at 12 years old. When should I get him lifting for real? Should I wait, I know he won't get bigger until his test realy kicks in but he should get stronger. I'm holding him off now just wondering what you guys thought

if he's hungry feed him. there are tons of articles from elitefts and the like that have all sorts of great ways to get the youngins started. most will revolve around the sled work etc and proper form to ensure the proper base for future injury free lifting. something my son will get lots of when he's ready.

It's funny I know he's only 12 and will get bigger but it's hard to look at him that way when he's already bigger than some grown people that I know lol

Now is the perfect time to get him in the gym. Teach him the importance of form above all and get him doing the compound lifts from now. By the time he's in HS he will be a beast and starting on the varsity squad all 4yrs lol. I wish I had started lifting when I was 10-12yo.

Carmax is a rip off man. I knew it, but several people said they got a decent amount for selling their cars to them. Private sale it is then!
