Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

Just saw this thread title: "What sort of exercises can a "fit" 460lbs/210kg guy do at the gym?" He's 5'11".

What does a "fit" 460lbs look like?

My gym is pretty cool, you'd never know it but we have a couple "natural" competitors.
One just won his IFBB pro card this year, another is working his way up from regional shows.

We have a few dudes that are heavy on the juice but don't seem to want to compete in anything.

I was talking to the IFBB pro yesterday about diet and he mentioned that he's been on 1800 calories for a year and a half already dieting down.
I'd lose my mind if I had to eat that little for that long.
I forgot that I met mike matarazzos nephew in the military about 10 years ago. Short kid benching well over 400 for reps, talking with him has the first time I had heard of finaplex. I don't know if he made it pro? He was telling me he knew all the pros and told me what some were taking, don't know if it was true but if it was fuck doing that its not worth it

The one I grew up with lifted like a beast. Used to lift heavy while doing splits so I give him some credit lol
It might just be this guy in my gym then lol.

It's not like he's going beast mode with heavy weights or high intensity but what he's doing gets the job done. Just slow, controlled movements, plenty of rest between sets (minutes worth of rest) and low intensity cardio. The results he gets from that training though are impressive.

The dude has got to bring up his calves though, he's got Dennis Wolf's invisible calf syndrome.

Drugs can make up for a less than optimal training program

I know what you mean.
With this one kid especially.
He never seems to do ANYTHING but BOR's and curls but he's massive and cut.

ffs, people in my gym are afraid of squats.
If you can squat the bar, you can out-squat 90% of my gym members.
