I should, but truthfully I hardly train abs. For some reason it gets overlooked all the time.

Yes, you should!

Shouldn't matter if you are on or off cycle. You should always train abs simply because they cab help you get a bigger squat and dead lift, not to mention help other lifts as well.

you can't call yourself a true bodybuilder if you don't prioritize every muscle group. Abs, serratus, intercostals -- all should always be prioritized. If you don't, you're just another weight room junkie.

Not everyone is in the gym to be a bodybuilder.

First off, If you actually read my post you would understand I said not everyone is in the gym to be a bodybuilder. Athletes are not bodybuilders and most likely have no intention to be a bb. I dont think powerlifters are there to be a bb either.

Everyone needs core strength, period.

Do I train my triceps on a cycle? Well no shit, so yes I do abs. Do I do huge volume of ab work? No.

I do abs every other week. I find that heavy ab work can interfere with my squats and deads. That's no good.
