Shouldn't matter if you are on or off cycle. You should always train abs simply because they cab help you get a bigger squat and dead lift, not to mention help other lifts as well.
you can't call yourself a true bodybuilder if you don't prioritize every muscle group. Abs, serratus, intercostals -- all should always be prioritized. If you don't, you're just another weight room junkie.

First off, If you actually read my post you would understand I said not everyone is in the gym to be a bodybuilder. Athletes are not bodybuilders and most likely have no intention to be a bb. I dont think powerlifters are there to be a bb either.
