My Doc/endo won't prescribe any form of TRT and claim I am fine. I have symptoms of high E2 and low TT/FT

E2 59.2 (11.6-41.2)
TT 482 (348-1197)
FT 9.1 (9.3-26.5)
LH- 8.6 (1.5-9.3)
FSH 1.3 (1.4-18.1)

I don't have bloodwork infront of me but values are right ranges are close don't remember off the top off my head.

28 yr old been struggling with this since my first cycle of test seemed to of never recovered. At one point I ran HCG nolva aromasin for PCT to try to jumpstart and still nothing. My hpta is sending signals but my balls just aren't responding. Anywho because I am within range they say I am fine but I ahve easy weight gain, tired, fatigue, depressed, and libido issues. I've been to 2 endo's once said I am hypogonadal and the other said I am not. I ran aromasin alone at a small dose for a few weeks then got bloods and FT was up e2 was down but I also explained that to my dr. and explained that I was only doing this for just a few months but have been having issues the past 2 years. So he order BW again and made me stay off anything for 6 weeks and I got the results listed above. Anyways I am sick of being a roller coaster so I decided to get some test and run HRT myself. I have test E 250 and I am running half a cc every 7 days and adex .5mg twice a week. So far I have been on 3 weeks and feel better and more stable and libido issues have become much better. Now obviously I can't keep doing this myself forever and I am telling my dr everything. Does anyone have any advice on how to get my Dr onboard with me? OR how to get my nuts going again? Even on clomid it does not rise my FSH..I was going to cycle again but decided to wait i started but deicded as someone said to me the juice isnt worth the squeeze

You need to see a urologist to get your testicles checked out.

Clomid will no nothing if the problem is with your testicles.

Your TT of 482 is a little below average, but you are far from hypogonadal. I would say your problems are probably due to something else. Have you had a sleep study done? How many hours a night are you sleeping? Have you checked your thyroid out? How is your diet? Exercising? Any other medical issues?

This is ridiculous...
You feel like crap cause you have high Estradiol and its not in balance with your T.
It should be half that level.
Your T is not the greatest but its a lot better than other golks on here. You took AAS its to be expected.

I'm sorry you say it's ridiculous I posted here because I am looking for help not just telling a story. I have ran a low dose of an AI to keep my e2 down and in range prior to all this, actually quite some time ago and I do have month to month bloodwork to show that. This is more recent. My thyroid levels are good, diet has not changed in a very long time. I eat fairly clean and I do no exercise much due to work recently I have been working 16 hour shifts 5 days a week mostly mandatory overtime but the problem has been here long before. I decided to do half a cc just to feel better until I can get something figured out. I will call for a referral to a urologist. What should I be asking them what would they be looking for? are there any tests they can do? Thank you guys for the feedback..and also i typed wrong it was .25mg adex twcie weekly

This is your estradiol with an a.i.?
Urologists are good for nothing and so are 70% of the endos (conservatively)

Stress, working shifts like that lower hormones. I know I used to work shifts like those and had lower T, lower libido etc...
You are probably a distribution or manual labour worker.
Those jobs suck the life out of you.

No that was 6 weeks with no AI which is actually better than I thought it was going to be. My levels prior to that were in the 80's so I ran aromasin for a bit then went to my endo got BW e2 was down FT was up but I contribuate that to the aromasin...then dr wanted 6 week of taking nothing and these were those results.Actually I work in a mental hospital so I don't really do much until they decide to get crazy then we take them out lol but I had these issues for a year before i started work here and im sure it all contributes and I have gone up in weight so I know my e2 will be higher since it raises with bf and I am not working on lowering that.

I stayed on adex mono too for a while. About 16 months.
I have no experience with aromasin. I did crash my estradiol on 0.25 mg EOD of adex when natty. But the feeling of crashing estradiol is much worse when on TRT. It is more easy to get horrible sides from lower E2 when on gear.
By stopping the a.I. you didnt do yourself any good as you are still and looks like will be over producing estradiol.
I would resume low dose Adex if I were you.
You feel like shit cause your estradiol is elevated and very highly likely your SHBG is high too and its not allowing your Free Test to do its thing.
Lowering (not crashing) your estradiol will allow you to have mire bio available T flowing into those androgen receptors.

So why the f... didn't that endo broad tell you this?
What did she say about your high estradiol?
She didn't want to treat it did she?

After my first cycle I ran an AI alone (adex) for a bit after i rebounded which i was un educated about then decided to cycle again and tried proper pct but have always had issues do you think coming off the test and a dose of adex at .25mg weekly split into 2 doses will help me? my concern also is my low FSH seems my testes are not responding well which I contribute to part of the reason of low T...or would they have low level because e2 is high?

It helps you recover when you stay on adex into pct.
It keeps the feedback loop open by keeping esrradiol low.
In turn it tells your pituitary to put out more LH and some FSH. Clomid will stimulate more FSH/LH than adex.
Keeps you from getting moody to I found the adex when recovering.

I did adex in PCT and tapered off on my second cycle but I seem to be very e2 sensitive...I will run low does od Adex for what looks like over the next year or so and see what happens I guess. Will there ever be a point where I will not need adex>?

Just keep running labs...
48 hours from last adex dose....
And if you want 24 hours from last adex dose.

They said my e2 would go down over time so they refused to give me anything, I even requested a prescription for adex and was told no by both endo's. My e2 would fluctuate without an AI and it seemed to confuse them and me, it's been an ongoing issue. I have done so much crap to try to figure it out that I even confuse my self trying to explain most of it..... SO I run labs get it in range with adex then what? stay on to stay in range? for how long? Don't I have to worry about rebound if I even stop taking the adex also? I know you said you had no experience with Aromasin but wouldn't that be the better choice seeing that it raises free test and deactivates the receptor?
