Hey quick question, hopefully i posted in a correct forum.

Ive been suffering from low test from a recently failed PCT. Further info if needed.

My primary question is ive been having severe anxiety, and blood test showed 246/ng (ref 350-1200) on my testosterone serum.
I went into the doc to try to get more blood work to check full hormones, like e2, prolactin, lh, fsh etc etc. but my doctor said those tests were not necessary until after 3 months of TRT. Well obviously i know why my test levels are low and dont want to run TRT the rest of my life for a failed pct.

ok back to my question, can i tell my doctor what i did? meaning can i tell her i ran AAS and what i did on pct to get her to actually take the blood tests i need to figure out my next step to figure out my recovery.
As of right now, ive started a clomid regime at 25mg per day, but my anxiety is ridicolously out of control to the point im popping xanax just to breath. im wondering if i have high estro which is causing the anxiety in which i have arimidex on hand and considering trying that EOD, but im avoiding due to the fact i dont know if i have low or high estrogen at the moment. Currently day 3 of clomid.

One other question, if told my doctor, it would obviously be written in my medical history, would that effect my insurance status at all, could they drop me if they see it?

EXtra info: 16 week cycle 600mg Test Enanthate. 2 weeks off, then started Nolva 40/30/20/20. PCT ended 2 months ago, blood test was about 2-3 weeks ago showing my free test at 246ng.

Could they drop you if they see that? What do you think?
How old are you? Did you do any bloodwork before you started your first cycle?

Just a thought but why not just get back on for one bottle and find another PCT then come off again?

If you live in the US, I would not tell your doctor. It will go in your medical record. Good luck getting life insurance after that.

I wouldn't mention AAS. I wouldn't admit to it if questioned, But if I can look at a members blood work and recognize steroid use, your doctor will know anyway, and she will also understand the consequences if your insurance finds out you are using illegal drugs.

Private blood test OP. It's 50-80 bucks, and ONLY YOU get the results. Never tell your physician; unless you ABSOLUTELY MUST, which means life or death. Even then, I probably won't, as interactions for me would be the same as they are for TRT.

....DO NOT TELL YOUR DOCTOR....

The doc might not care but if he puts it on your record and he will to cover his ass in regard to your overall health and his liability as a an MD. Then IF the insurance see it, you're fucked.

Im 28 years old.
Thank you for all the responses, i appreciate it alot.
I believe my insurance could drop me but it didnt cross my mind about life insurance, so its all out of the question. What if i told her i took a prohormone? i could get one from a buddy that hasnt been banned yet?

I checked out Dr O Connor but the 500$ is a hefty charge for consultation that i couldnt handle financially at the moment.

Private blood test sounds good to me, where can i find a decently priced testing facility? A quick scan thru google, the cheapest one for the tests im looking for is roughly 400$.

One other thing, i have a apppointment with the urologist on the 6th, maybe he will test me? (going to him for testi pain issue, likely a varicole(*spelling))
Thank you again for all your responses.

Privatemdlabs.com is 50 some odd bucks. Just Google the discount code for 15% off.

If you do have varicoceles, you may have had a problem longer than you realize - and could have mentioned AAS when it had nothing to do with what's going on. (varicoceles are a known cause for primary hypogonadism)

Edit: Forgot to mention, it's the FEMALE HORMONE PANEL you buy. I think they call it menopause panel now. It works just fine for men, and be sure to put male at the end of your order, so you get the appropriate serum ranges.

I told my doctor I was on steroids when I was younger and he didnt help me or order any of the right blood work. He wouldn't perscribe me any pct medication or anything he just told me to taper off. I wish I would have never said anything to my doctor about steroids.

Alright, so i checked out the site, and going to order the menopause test, i had no idea how easy that was, and its done locally down the street, thank you guys for the advice, and doing the blood test that way. Ill be going in tomorrow morning to get it done and ill throw up the results asap for all your opinions on the next step.

Ive been trying to avoid the Xanax, but my anxiety is getting so out of control, i cant leave the house nor work the last week. I just picked up some Taurine, and some herbal stress/anxiety supps to try to help control it out.

Im having bad brain fog, forgetfulness, and my anxiety isnt about an exact issue, the anxiety just comes when i become conscious of my breathing. Never had anxiety before so hopefully these tests will show what i can do and fix this. Just want my normal self back.

Does he have a list of insurance he accepts or do i need to contact his office? Also i See he isnt in my state, would it all be thru skype? (im in California)
