Allmost Good Looking
Hi all !

I have a few questions about shoulder injury, i hope someone can help me ?
About 9 weeks ago i ended a cycle of winstrol and test, and now (as usual) my shoulder injury is totally f***ed up ! :(
Allmost ALL chest exercises hurt, no matter how small workload !
For some time my injuries have been under control, due to AS (?) and herbs, but now........AAAAAAARGH !

Well on to the questions :) :

1. if i eat painkillers before i go to the gym, then the pain is acceptable, but will it make my injury worse ?

2. what exercises will help me recover faster ?

3. what drugs will help me recover faster ?

4. is it true that HGH repairs your injuries ?

5. ALL IDEAS ARE WELCOME, I'M DESPERATE !!! :(

I have been training for 13+ years, and have had injuries before, but this one ALLWAYS comes back !!! :(
My chest is my worst bodypart, so i CANT afford to not train it ! :(

On the pic. below you can see where the injury/pain is located, it's in the front delts :

Don't take pain killers to get through a workout. Pain is your body's way of telling you there is some type of damage. By taking painkillers, you are not helping your injury at all. I suggest going to a doctor and letting him check it out for you.

See your Doctor and get a referral for x-ray and MRI of both shoulders. you should find out first the extent of your injury and then what you can and can't do in the gym.

you could have anything, tendonitis, cartilage tears, bone spurs, etc....

the best medicine is preventive medicine!

Get a referral to a specialist and have an MRI done. I have a shoulder problem too on my left side. Type 2 Chromium I think is what its called, in other words a bump on the bone that throws it off track. I had tendintis and bricitis?, talk about some pain. Get a Rx for Mobic, its a new non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and it works wonders.
By continuating to work out while under pain is just gonna aggravate it even more. Rest.

But my doc just say : stop training for a while ! :(
...and i spent alot of money on physical therapy early this year, no effect ! :(

Ask your doc for a referral to someone else then. I've been having shoulder problems since Mid-July and I know how bad it sucks. Originally it was thought that I had torn one of my rotator cuff muscle, but now they think I have cartalige damage in there.

Ask for a referral to a specialist, you won't regret it.

get a refferal to a specialist then. orthopedic surgeon or Osteopath.

You need to know what's wrong with you, otherwise you could be crippled for the next 30 years. It's that important, you can't just blow this off or look for armchair opinions. We could guess all day long what's wrong with you, even the best doctor here can't do anything for you without xrays or MRI's.

Sorry to not have answers, but I've been where you are several times, right now I have a ruptured disk in my neck, but it took xrays, MRI's and two opinions to make me feel good about the diagnosis. And now I'm lifting but not anything to injure or cause more damage.

Now I can lift safely and heal at the same time.

I think the doc's in denmark is a little behind the doc's in U.S....the genral advice is : Stop training !
...i am pretty sure that it is an inflammation in the front delts, it does not feel like bone or stuff like that...
Anyway i guess i should get a referral to an "expert" so HE can tell me not to train or put me on a 10month waiting list for treatment (yes it take that long) !

Anyway, thx for the help guys ! :)

Good luck to you.

Do you do any shadow boxing or sparring?? Mine acted up after a session once due to the stress on the shoulders. Sounds like Tendinitis to me, and that's no fun, but is treatable. Tendinitis can hang around a long time if nothing is done to treat it, so get some other opinions and if you have insurance, get the MRI. They can run like $1500 or more. An X-ray didnt show anything to the regular doc, but he didnt know what he was looking for either. That is why you need to see a specialist about it. Hope things get better soon.

That guys, i will heal....i allways do ! :D

What_It_Is --> no boxing, but i do practice alot of sex with my girlfriend, could that be the problem ? ;)
