Does 34-35inch around the bell at 185lbs 5.9"
Is it normal.
I was at 11.50% 1 month ago and now maybe 12% now.
If it normal that all my fat is concentrate around the belt (on my side and my lower back) I don"t look fat in the others body parts...

Can I do something to lose it ? I don't wanna go in a low carb diet because I finish I cycle 1 month (PCT) ago and I wanna maintain my weight 2 other month before cutting....

Thank

Nothing wrong with you - Thats where you genetically hold your fat. I'm the same way, lean most places except the waist.

Let me ask you a question: Do you eat and crave sugar products??

Yah im pretty much exaclty like this, wouldn't mind finding a way to get around it and trim the stomach, but its the old adage, cardio and clean diet.:S

See a sample of my diet. Around 3000cal...

Moning
250mg cottage cheese 1%
1 cup of milk
1 big oatmeal. (no sugar added)

Lunch
1-2 Banana
Scoop of protein

Diner
1.5 cup of rice
250g lean meat

Lunch 2 scoop of weight gained
1 banana

Supper
Diner
1.5 cup of rice
250g lean meat

Post-training
50g sugar (whelch juice)
2 scoop of protein

I eat Subway one a week and mcdonald one every 2 weeks.

Drink maybe one 500ml juice /day...
One Chocolate bar (Link 85% cacao)/ 2 week
One halgandaz Ice cream every 3 weeks...
Don't drink alcool and liquor.

But I took GHB 8ml when I go on club and 5ml when I have sleep trouble...I take a everage of 8ml/week.. It sodium based... I don't know if that can cause more water and fat retention..
I know GHB is not allowed in muscle forum but that have importance here...

damn i have less than 30" waist even at like 15% BF. always had a small waist. i look like i only hold fat in my gut. im not ripped everywhere else, i mean im still 15% but my gut distends all the time.

Im not a great dieter but it looks like alot of simple carbs here. I woould leave out the bananas at lunch and trade the rice at supper for some green veggies.

One of my fried is like u to... 15% but 30" of waist...

i believe if i got to 10% or below, i would sport a 27-28" waist easily. i personally like it, it doesnt make me look 15%, only my gut does but i just suck it in sometimes lol.

For breakfast - Add in some Egg whites or Whey Protein Powder (Drop the Cottage Cheese)

Meal 2: Replace the protein powder with the cottage cheese, eat strawberries, granny smith apple, blueberries @ this meal.

Meal 3: Add some vegtables - brocolli

Meal 4: Drop the weight Gainer (Sugar laiden) - Make yourself a sandwhich with some whole grain bread.

Meal 5: Try and work out earlier and make this the simple sugar and whey

Meal 6: Old meal #5 with vegtables added.

Add some healthy fats in there - Fish Oil

Those are just small changes you can make to help.

Improbably the worst off here in the waist department. Im 6 3 242 15%BF but wear a tight 38. I dont have a gut either my chest comes out past my stomach. My waist is so disappointing Ive tried super strict diets with 6 a.m. runs every morning nothing works. It's the reason I alway's quit and come back it's depressing. It's been like this all my life now Im comin up on 29 and it's just getting worse. I dont know what to do.

the other thing i am happy about is my back development that goes well with my small waist. i have a nice wide lat spread (v-taper) and thick back from deadlifting and rowing for years. especially the rowing for back width. im 22 and have been training since i was 17 (jan 2000). i didnt deadlift or squat til for the first 2 years but all i did was wide grip pulldowns followed by heavy dumbell rows and ate a shitload of food, even junk food.

but i have a hell of a time getting under 15%. i was told im too small and need to get more muscular which im doing now.

Proper diet AND cardio are required to loose fat off the belly.

There certainly isn't anything abnormal about your having a 34" waist.

No shit man! I would love havin a 34 inch waist with my lats. I have a v-tapered back sportin 38's so 34's would be great. Im gonna cut way back on dairy products and up my h2o intake this seems to get me down to 36. Im finding that squattin and deadliftin much heavier weight aint helpin either.
