Questions in the title, been taking letro 6.25 eod, for almost 2 weeks reduced my gyno in half so far nd still getting smaller everyday.I get these rando pains jw if its ever happened to any of you?
does anyone get brief gyno pain on letro?

Never heard that with femara. And in two weeks, your gyno hasn't gone anywhere. You've lost water on the letro. Last, there was a European study of men with gyno who were placed on 40mg Nolvadex/day for six months straight, and the results were remarkable in the actual reduction of breast tissue.
I almost forgot, I get these "pains" when on the heavy androgens, and even taking Aromasin. I've had the same "pains" while on Arimidex, and Femara as well. The good part, is I've not had a gyno problem. Androgens don't come without side effects. What you're describing happens to be one. You may want to try some Aromasin, btw and have Nolvadex on hand in case the pains increase, or you feel a nodule forming under the nip. Hope that helps.

Lol my gyno has gone somewhere, nipples are less puffy, bunp is conflsiderably softer and smaller and the over breast tissue has reduced in half, letro can take anywhere from 3hrs-60days to start working. Nolvadex was shit for me, it worked great while I waa on it but it heightened my e2 coming off the taper and my gyno blew up 10x worse, But yea I'm on letro for preexisting golf ball gyno, and amazed at the results just tripping out from these weird pains, thought you were only supposed to get them when your gyno is increasing in mass, not decreasing

I do believe I got these pains also but on a mild cycle of t.prop but was taking 20mg of nolvadex with it.
But I also got it only on the left side, which is the side where I have a small gyno problem. With that being said, I felt like the nob got smaller while on nolvadex... I just figured it was some side effect and hoped it was just shrinking like my testicles
