im just starting out, im eating protein in every meal i have but im not monitoring my calorie intake so was wondering if anyone had a ready made diet plan?
if thats possible, i wanna burn off some body fat and then increase strength and size e.g. i have a 4pack but cant get a six pack as i have abit fat around the bottom so i wanna burn that then increase muscle size and strength. also as of tomorro im taking cla, creatine and amino acids
at the minute with me just starting out i don think i can lift heavy enough weights to be able to be on a 3000 cal diet and turn it all into muscle i think id jus end up fat..
id rather tone the muscle i do have first then bulk it up, i dont wanna be like insanely big i just wanna be a decent size
