Does anyone have solutions for bad Acne?

does anyone else get acne? i hate it!! i didnt really start getting it until towards the end of my cycle. now ive been off for 2 months and it wont go away!! i got a little on my face but not too bad, but my neck and back looks like a pizza!! and they are deep and hurt like a mutha... ive seen my derm a few times but nothing really works and i dont wanna take accutane again cuz it screwed me up last time.. anyone got any remedies for this? thanks!! im also worried that when i start back on my next cycle its gonna get even worse...

Ahhhh My first post . And ya know what works for me almost instantly, head and shoulders!. That zinc will take care of it man!

Try NIZORAL %1 its a medicated shampoo with ketoconazole.It works great you'll here guys talk about.They have 2% also but thats tougher to find.You can find it wal-mart or cvs.I use it as a body wash once or twice a week and it drys everything up.I wouldnt use it more than a couple time a week skin could become irritable if over dryed.

Ketoconazole is usually prescribed for topical infections such as athlete's foot, ringworm, candidiasis (yeast infection or thrush), and jock itch. The over-the-counter shampoo version can also be used as a body wash for the treatment of tinea versicolor.

Nizoral is not generally utilized for acne and as such has pretty low efficacy in the treatment thereof. I find antibiotics such as doxycycline and minocycline pretty useful in the reduction of acne vulgaris. It is also useful to utilize topical treatments containing salicyclic acid and benzoyl peroxide. A prescription topical treatment called Ziana I have found to be INCREDIBLY effective, but it is quite expensive.

However, nothing is anywhere near as effective as retinoids such as Accutane.

I haven't tried it but I heard taking Benadryl when on cycle helps acne. Also helps you sleep at night.

I dont get it that bad but b5 and wiping it with alcohol works for me. I also tan once very 1-2 weeks.

wearing a sweatshirt when i workout helps. the equipment at the gym is so dirty, a t-shirt just doesn't cut it. all that filth gets under your skin.

Some take a bath 2x a day if possible and most I know simply use Clearasil.
Theres a thing called a buff puff that is like a scrubber that comes with a clearasil like wash that ya put on in the shower.
