Thanks gents...i need the write up (description) of Test Cyp and Enanth. I culd swear it said something to the effect that Enan. was a longer acting ester while cyp was shorter w/ more "kick" Seems i recall it saying cyp needed to be shot at least every 7 days while Enanth every ten.

This will settle a lil bet i have.

Really appreciate it!!!

Yes, you are correct. Here's the actual text:

TESTOSTERONE CYPIONATE: 200 mg/cc 10cc/vial. This is an oil based
injectable form of testosterone. It is high in androgens and very highly
anabolic. Cypionate aromatizes easily, like other testosterones do, making
water retention a problem for many users. It is only moderately toxic to
the liver but can cause a marked disturbance in the body's endogenous
production of testosterone. Athletes claim that this drug produces dramatic
size and strength increases. It can be stacked with a number of different
steroids and yield even greater results. Cypionate is the most popular
testosterone used by athletes and is still produced domestically under the
brand name Depo-Testosterone and under numerous manufacturers labels
with the generic name. Effective dosages for men are in the range of 1-3
ccs per week. It costs around $35 for 10 ccs on the black market. ***

TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE: 200 mg/ml 10 cc/vial. This product is a
long acting injectable testosterone that is widely used amongst athletes.
Like all testosterones, it is highly androgenic, highly anabolic, aromatizes
easily, and is moderately toxic to the liver. Some athletes claim that
enanthate does not have as much "kick" as cypionate. However, enanthate
only needs to be administered once every 10 days as opposed to
cypionate's weekly injections. This yields greater convenience and cost
effectiveness. Effective dosages range from 1 to 3 ccs every 10 days.
Enanthate is still manufactured domestically and is available in several European versions. It cost around $35 for an American 10 cc vial. ***

The Anabolic Reference Guide" by Bill Phillips (c) 1993

I read that thing from cover to cover 100 times. I used to to take it to work and put it inside a bigger book to hide it. I wished I would of held on to it. From what I remember it seems like it was full of a lot of misinformation though. I dont remeber anything about OCT or PCT in it.

Best Regards
Shaq

I remember that book. I wrote a paper on steroids in college and most of the info came from it. Didn't Bill Phillips start that EAS supplement company too? EAS was all I used in the late 90's.

Just wondering why you would want information so dated, just like the guy or something.

I asked back in 2004. Check out when I started this thread.

And....since we are on the subject, I loved that book and read it many times. The sample cycles were cool to check out.

I love looking at what was the "standard" at that time and what is now. It will be the same way 10 yrs from now. Then....HCG, as written about in TARGuide, was said to "kick start" the natural production of Testosterone. Well, today we know that it does do that but also shuts ya down.

Loved the book at the time. It was cutting edge. Muscle Media 2000 as well by Bill Phillips.

Great book! I was visiting relatives in NY last week and found a copy I use to have. Not sure how it ended up there but I was delighted to see it. This morning I decided to research if Phillips came out with new editions but it looks like the 6th issue was his last. Is there a book out there that would compare to Phillips 6th Issue but contains up to date information? thanks!
