Does my bench form look alright??

Josh you a powerlifter or bodybuilder? Are you moving the weight back and up or just straight up? Can't really tell from there.

just do me one favor
use a spotter..never feel embarassed to ask even if its lighter than 315
I would use a spotter...i'm not embarrassed, but about 95% of the time there isnt a guy in there thats over 15yrs old, so really doesn't help much. Otherwise I could workout harder and lift more. :D

find someone and part of it is teaching them..even if hes young but you see the eprsdon all the time when you are lifting itll pay off and theyll learn to be able to spot you

I'll try it. Just don't have a lot of faith in someone who only weights 135lbs, suppose would be better then nothing.

if you need a spot its only gonna be a few pounds he has to help with, less you just drop it or sumpin.
Well, then i'm in. Some kid came up to me and was asking me a ton of ?'s about lifting(he's like 14 or 15) then wants me to teach him. So i'm getting a brain storm....he folks are frikken loaded, so why not charge him so much a month(since he's a begginer i'd have a ton of stuff I could teach him) then w/that $$ hire u for a bit, PB. I"m gonna run it by his folks tonight or tomorrow. :D
Also, i'd have someone to record me and a spotter :D

Still undecided....almost more of a bb, but like lifting heavy too so kinda caught between the 2. As far as the weight...believe i was moving it straight up.

alright then. He has a friend too by the way. So thats 2. Oh well...i dont' mind helping them and I bet i'll see them make some good gains.
One is really set on getting some creatine...should I say its ok, or make him establish somewhat of a base before he starts supplementing???

creatine is fine. some basic supps can help. a good multi vit/mineral along with clacium, magnesium and potasium are good for starters.
