As far as I know, it doesn't. However if I indulge in excess sodium after waking up looking full by the end of the day AND depending on temperature my nipples can sometimes take on a puffy look.

Nope, although easy conclusion to come to as they both impact blood pressure via water retention. Puffy nipples are exactly that, puffy from water being held behind the areola.
