Does TEST prone you to tendon rupture/damage?

Test makes you stronger but someone said that it makes your tendons weaker. I think what happens is that your strength increases so much and so quickly that your tendons don't have time to catch up to meet the strength output and thats where you run into trouble. Tendons take longer because I think there is less blood supply to them as compared to muscle. Does anyone have any other reasons or opinions. But i think thats what happens. :rockband:

I thought that you would be fine with the rapid strength increases if you training long enough beforehand naturally.

yeah exactly. if you have trained for a while naturally and built your tendons and ligments. once you start packing on muscle and strength, you should be ok. but don't go out there and do tons of 1 rep sets. even though you are using gear you still have to train just as hard or harder than if you were naturally
