Test makes you stronger but someone said that it makes your tendons weaker. I think what happens is that your strength increases so much and so quickly that your tendons don't have time to catch up to meet the strength output and thats where you run into trouble. Tendons take longer because I think there is less blood supply to them as compared to muscle. Does anyone have any other reasons or opinions. But i think thats what happens.
