Does trt melt away belly fat faster?

Hi everyone just wondering if the higher levels of test while being on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) will speed up loss of fat on the belly. My diet isn't great but it's not too bad, don't eat fast food too often and keep portions under control. I seen to be not getting leaner and on the positive side seem to have put on more muscle size and thickness. I would love to hear from you guys and your own experiences.

I'm not sure about the higher the dose, the faster it'll melt fat away. I know when getting on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) that it can get rid of some belly fat.

Personally, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can help with that. I didn't really help me with that but I had some underlying issues like cortisol and thyroid imbalances. I naturally have that endomorph body style so I carry more visceral fat than most. A lot of people with a gluten allergy can't lose that stomach fat as well. The best thing I do to lose the spare tire is to run a Keto diet.

Not for me...

I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for over a year now and it has done nothing at all to help burn fat. I guess individual results vary..some guys swear it helps.

TRT isn't the magic pill to lose weight. It can help by giving you more energy to be more active, it can help suppress appetite and it can give you an overall good feeling, but alot depends on you. If someone has a poor diet, (no saying you do) then all the T in the world is not going to make someone lose wieght or belly fat. It also takes a committment to work with T, if you work for it, it will work for you. I have been taking it for a few weeks, changed my diet abit, quit sodas and have lost 2 inches off my waist. I hired a personal trainer and have been dedicated to make a difference. It's all up to the person how T works for them...Good luck Bro!

To burn fat, do two high intensity workouts per day for a min of 30 min. Spread your workouts apart by at least 6 hours. With high intensity training, you will be burning calories during the workout, but burning fat post workout for several hours. Eat smaller meals more frequently as opposed to a couple normal size meals.
