You might try this in the women's section if you havn't already. It is hard for most men to judge womens bodyfat % unless they have experience with it. Things like intramuscular fat can skew a judgement.
To best answer your question... underwater analysis is one of the most accurate around, so that probably is what you are.

Pic is pretty blurry, but I'd say it looks about right. What did you think you were at?

PS: I would do you.

You look great in your photo, though it's a bit too small to get an accurate assessment of your body fat levels. You shouldn't put too much stock in any body fat testing method because there isn't any method which is perfectly accurate. The only advantage to body fat testing is getting it done every week or two in order to determine if you're moving in the right direction. Ultimately you will be judged on how low your body fat levels are by the human eyes of the judging panel.

Women tend to store the last bit of fat in their thighs, hips, glutes, and lower abs. If you're lean, tight, and hard in those areas on contest day, you'll do great. You'll also need to learn to distinguish the difference between fat and water under the skin. Getting the water out from under the skin and fat cells and into your muscles on contest day will make a huge difference in your overall look, assuming you have your body fat levels low.

Best of luck in your upcoming contest!

are you saying that underwater weighing is not accurate?

It is hard to tell in that pic. But like everyone else has stated, it is suppose to be one of the most accurate. At 11% BF, I can see all 6 of my abs and I usually have quite a bit of vascularity. If you get a chance, I would love to see some pics in your contest suits. Most women do hold fat in the glutes and hams. How do you feel like you look in those areas??? By judging from this pic though, it looks like you have nice shape!!! Jul :)

Though under water weighing has always been considered the most accurate method of body fat testing, there is still too much room for human error.

I had mine tested a one particular university, and the person doing the testing was the professor who taught the class. I had it tested again at a different university and I had two students performing the test. The results of the two test were night and day different. There was no doubt that the test performed by the professor was the more accurate of the two.

Under water is the most accurate form of measure body fat. The Pod,calipers, are a fair indication of what your BF may be but the true way of BF would be what Deepglute says ,at a university that does it.

Altought you have a great body, I think the measurement is +- correct! The pic is a bit blurry, but do not forget that the measurement of bf% is about the whole body, and not parts! You have a nice legs but the torso seems to be BIT beyond! So clips can lead to more errors than underwater!
You are lean, but of course you can get more lean!
This is just my opinion..

Do not worry too mutch, keep up with diet, and soon you'll have your prize as long as you got things on schudle! After loosing some water you will be perfect!

The most accurate method of bodyfat measurement is an autopsy.

Anyway, you look good - wish I could help, but I'm not a good judge of female bodyfat levels.

Yea,,,,I think that looks about right. Maybe too much for a competition, but you look perfect to me. You look great.

And don't mind me, I'm just a dirty old man. :dance2:

without a calaper test.. I can't say, But gauging from the eye. I'd say your much more then 11% I'd say about 14% or so.. give take.

Thanks Ill take a better pic and post. I just dont feel like Im getting lean enough. I just started 10 mcg of t3 I think that will help. Any suggestion?

My hams and glutes look fine I carry a lot of fat in my arms. I always have more definition in my legs. Not the norm I have more muscle in my legs. Im working on my upper body!
