Hey im looking into changing my routine up alittle bit and was looking into his ideas. Is anyone currently using this method and if so how is it working for you?For those of you that dont know about it there is a very long post on this on animals board. Thanks for any insight.

ahhh...yes he saids he can turn 160lb lifter into a 260lb massive freak pro bodybuilder and hence, "Natural" he saids. Hmm.what do you think of the training so far? then he talks about doing only hardcore movements, well dull isnt that what most of us do anyways? I know thats all I do deadlifts, squats, bench, rows, etc...overall a good article, but there is some fallacy in it, but for something different I think its good.

I've been doing a variation of his method for the past 3 1/2 months... I took his basic idea and modified it to me by adding in some more exercises to each body part but still using the lifting technique. I will say this, i love it! I can't see myself going back to a typical volume training routine. My lifts go up almost every week and muscle growth is good. You can check my pics in the member section. You have to stick with it and modify it to work with your body and commit to it and you will see results.. I started my training partner on it, and he swears by it now.

Just curious if that was you, cause I know that lots of times I'll post a ??? on about 3 different boards if it's something I want a lot of different opinions on.

I think its a good change up for the natural folks, but (opinion here) for folks on gear I think they need more volume overall.
