Alright Guys my name is Dyson, Dice for short or Dye which ever works. I have been doing my research 24/7 on this site, in books, mags and other sites as well. I think, no I know that i'm ready to cycle. I see on here that you want stats before I can even get any help and I see all these "NewBes" getting "Flamed" well its because they don't know JACK$HIT about how they are hurting their bodies, I mean come on this is dangerous stuff...DO YOUR RESEARCH AND WAIT TILL YOUR READY GUYS...oh yeah stats

Age-19 yrs old---Young I know but I know what i'm doing with the boat loads of research, so I don't think its a concern...Not one bit so don't get on me about my age. If it bothers you then hey don't reply and try to help because guess what YOUR NOT HELPING!!!
Weight-Just weighted in today at 163 but its solid, most people think i'm more like 180 or so.
Height-Prob close to 5'10...Pretty tall
BF-Like i said i'm pretty solid
Lifting Exp-I hate when you get the newbes on here saying "Oh man I been hitting the gym hard for...."6....months man, i'm ready!" I've been in the gym since I was 12 so again you can see I know what i'm doing.
Cycle Exp-Again I told you this is my first but I have been doing what everyone else fails to do...RESEARCH!!!
Diet-If you want me to go into detail let me know but i break it down to the solid 3 meals a day with like 5 protein shakes a day...Not gonna get big without the shakes (obviously). Close to 5,000cals a day, give or take a few hundred

Planned Cycle
first off from what I have read and seen the best cycle is Test. However I feel as if I have prepared myself to go above and beyond what the normal newbe can do. All my training and knowledge leads me to know that I can.

Test E-Wks1-16 600mg/wk Mon AM-200mg Wed AM-200MG FRI AM-200MG
Dbol Wks1-8 70mg/per day 40AM 30PM
Test P- Wks1-8(Kick Start) 500mg/wk Tues AM-250MG Thurs PM-250MG
EQ-Wks1-16 600MG same days as TestE w/ same dose (wks 1-4 FRONTLOAD!!! @ 850mgs/wk)
Deca-Wks 1-14 500mg/wk Same days as Prop but cont. 6 more weeks

Thinking about maybe adding some Var in there to end the cycle or maybe Drol for the last 6 weeks to really pack on the pounds. I have Letro on hand for the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or and A-DEX.
PCT PRETTY STANDARD--Clomid/Nolva (Rebound xt) and hCg that i got from GNC in little tab form, guy there said it would work good with this cycle and he seemed pretty knowledgeable, he wanted me to throw some Nitrotech into it, but i'm not an idiot...i mean theres a reason why that ish is always on sale for $19.99 right? haha

Again I know its not the typical beginners cycle but I don't think i'm the typical beginner. Most people haven't worked out for how long I have and diet the way I do. I trust grasped the concept of working to your limits and then going further. Also while i wasn't working out or refueling with food I had a book in front of my face or was on this site. Rock on guys!!!

I thought you said you did research.....may I ask where.....lol

That cycle sucks balls for your first....how will you ever know where sides are coming from or what works ?

Your close to 2 grams a week for your first cyle.....lmfao !!
You are way too young, your diet sucks (5 shakes), you don't weigh very much., you're too young.....did I mention that you are too young?

Good for you ... but 5,000 calories a day and you're 163 pounds?

And if you've been in the gym since 12, hypothetically you are ahead of the game in terms of growth hormone release. If this is the case, why not go natural until you plateau or tap out your body's genetic potential?

Please read this.....you do NOT meet any of the 4 criteria listed.

Veteran Consensus Statement on the age of initiation of Anabolic use.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What appears below was developed by a number of our good friends at www.anabolicfitness.com

Veteran Consensus Statement on the age of initiation of Anabolic use.

Anabolic steroids promote strength gain, muscle synthesis, and increased metabolic capacity. Their responsible, moderate use improves athletic performance, cosmetic appearance, and perceived social opportunity and self-esteem. However, anabolics achieve their effects by perturbing the human endocrine system, a complex feedback mechanism of glands and organs that are, in healthy and youthful persons, in an exquisite state of natural balance. Compounds like anabolic steroids that alter this balance are appropriate for use only by mature, well-trained athletes who understand these drugs, their risks and their benefits. Except in the case of prospective users of clear promise for national or international ranking in a sport, realistically hopeful for the kinds of benefits such ranking confers, the following should be characteristic of anyone, of any age, prior to the addition of anabolic steroids to a training regime:

1. PHYSICAL MATURITY. Anabolics can, through either direct or indirect effects, cause premature closure of the epiphyseal plates (growth plates) at the end of bone, an irreversible effect that may result in permanently shorter stature than the athlete would otherwise achieve. Therefore, the athlete should have reached full physical stature and maturity of the skeleton before contemplating anabolic use. In most cases, full stature is not reached until the very late teens and, in many cases, development of both long skeletal bones and joint assemblies (hips and shoulders) continues into the early 20's, development of the larynx (voicebox) into the mid-20’s.

2. SIGNIFICANT MATURE MUSCULARITY. Anabolics have poor effect, or transitory effect, on athletes in mediocre condition; in addition, their tendency to boost muscle strength ahead of the strength of supporting tendons and ligaments can lead to debilitating injury in athletes without substantial prior training. Therefore, the athlete should have accumulated a significant amount of mature muscle mass and tendon strength through a dedicated program of resistance training prior to beginning anabolic use. Recognizing that there is substantial individual variability in training efficiency and effects, a minimum of 3 years, perhaps as many as 7, of dedicated weight training is required to achieve this necessary physical foundation, on which anabolics can be used safely and to best effect.

3. THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE. Anabolics are not a substitute for proper technique or applied knowledge of the basics of exercise physiology. Therefore, the athlete considering the use of anabolics should have a very thorough and detailed knowledge of lifting technique, dietary practice, recuperative processes, and hormonal and nonhormonal supplementation, and should if possible prepare for the use of anabolics under the guidance of a trusted mentor who has mastered these issues. In particular, the athlete should have an excellent understanding of the uses, effects, and risk profiles of anabolics, and should be thoroughly conversant with the kinds of ancillary agents that minimize side-effects and speed post-cycle recovery. Recognizing that there is substantial individual variability in the pace at which this knowledge is acquired, at least a year of arduous study and reading is necessary to understand anabolics and post-cycle recovery, and at least 4 years of practice is required to establish the requisite knowledge base of lifting technique, recuperation, and diet.

4. PSYCHOLOGICAL MATURITY. Anabolic steroids can have marked effect on mood and disposition, either during the cycle of active use, or its aftermath. Therefore, the athlete considering the use of anabolics should have the psychological health and maturity that will enable him or her to use anabolics with minimal social, psychological, and legal risk to both him/herself and his/her network of partners and collaborators. In addition, the athlete should be firm enough in purpose and balanced enough in approach to understand not only how and when to initiate use of anabolics, but how and when to curtail or abandon use safely should that need arise.

The use of anabolic steroids is unwise for persons who have not satisfied these prerequisites, though exceptions may be made in cases of very unusual athletic promise. While not a function of mere calendar age per se, it is unarguable that, on average, the likelihood that these conditions will have been met increases as the age of the prospective anabolic user increases.

For the reasons adduced above, the following statement of consensus opinion is made:

Allowing for substantial individual variability, and with the exception of cases of truly outstanding athletic promise, the athlete considering the use of anabolics should be socially and physically mature, psychologically healthy, and should have completed 4 to 7 years of dedicated, mentored training in strength/endurance athletics and study in lifting technique, dietary practices, recuperation skills and supplementation. In most cases, the athlete will have reached the age of 21 before these prerequisites are in place, recognizing that many athletes will not have achieved the necessary experience, physical maturity, and psychic balance until their mid-20's or even later.

Also, you only joined this site a few days ago, so you couldn't have done your research here. Who in the world would suggest this as a first cycle?

I really hope your just a troll and aren't actually planning on doing this. If you do it and don't listen to us my wife would be happy to take you bra shopping at the end of your cycle.

I think I said in my post that if your not here to help then GET THE F OUT please. I have don't more research then prob 99.9% of the members on this site. I am look upon on other sites as a Vet and have asked to be a Mod due to my level of knowledge. Like i said not only have I been in the gym since I was 12 (thats young not my age now) but I have been researching since I was 12. My mom is a nutritionist and my dad is a personal trainer (been brought up in a healthy lifestyle) so I have more of a foundation then about 95% of the country and I use them to my fullest benefit. This cycle will bring me where I want to be. I'm looking to get up to 215 and stay there until my next cycle at the end of the year. By 2011 i'm looking to get up to 235 and try to keep my BF around 7%. I'm def on the straight and narrow path to reaching my goals but hey there will ALWAYS be haters along the way. Hate away my brothers, hate away, if not there is always room to help me out.

You just indicted yourself. If your mom is a nutritionist and your dad is a trainer then you would be so far ahead of the game and would know that at your age you don't need AAS at this point in your life. And if you had tapped them to their fullest benefit and they were any good at what they do, you wouldn't need AAS.

I'm sorry but this just can't be true.

And don't confuse hate for people not believing you or advising against a potential terrible mistake.

Really Really. this has to be some sort of a joke right.
i dont want to Flame because it happens way to often here but holy hell its hard not to.
best of luck to ya.

All seriousness man, you have no clue if my parents are good at what they do or not. Please don't bring them into this like that...maybe I shouldn't have brought them up in the first place but thats a little bit rude to bring them up. I'm trying to post a pic so you can get an idea of my foundation. So help me out then...whats wrong w my cycle...

Are you FU0KING serious, some kids should be aborted after they come out? seriously a mod needs to take care of the ish...thats BS and no matter what you think of my post isn't called for man. You call me young but you just gave me and everyone else an idea of your mental capacity with a comment like that.

posted some pics in my albums...I don't even know what a troll is...wtf I dont understand what is so far fetched

I didn't mean to make it sound like i am a "god" or anything. I'm not gonna say that I don't feel like i'm in shape, i def feel like I am and thought that i did some decent research but felt like the normal cycle would only put out normal results when I want really good results. I have a thyroid issues which in turn makes it tough to put on weight. Ok maybe i'm only getting approx. 3000cals but i try to get the most i can and i seem to have such a fast metabolism that no matter what i eat its gone. I am addicted to cardio as i love having a ripped look which also doesnt help to pack on the pounds. At my best I was at 185 but looks really bloated to i went insane in the gym with "CrossFit" training (not sure if anyone knows about that type of training but its completely high intensity) and got down to about 165 and thought i looked good (thats the pic right there, think its a little closer to 170) but i want to get bigger quicker ya know

I'd say up the test to 2g/week and dbol to 150mg a day. I know you're a hardgainer since you're "The Dyson One". Go big or die trying. You're on the right track. Give em' hell lil fella

So is you take steroids now you will never grow an other inch taller. You way to young. You natural testosterone levels are already high enough. You need to really be eating 5k calories a day. Try that for a year. I bet you put on 30 pounds.

Your body can't process more then 500mg a week. More isn't better. Your body can only use so much and you clearly haven't done enough real research.

1. If you ate that many cals you would weigh more than 163
2. If you've done half as much research as you claim you'd know why you're cycle is so far off for a first cycle it's not even funny
3. Mod? You're 163lbs and have never cycled before....??
4. Sorry man.....

look bro
we busted your balls here. you look great and i can tell your happy with what you have done, and you should be.
long and short is like DPR said your to young this will not benifit you in the end. spend some more time reading. do it right the first time and dont over complicate things start slow. just remeber the first time you hit the gym you didnt start by lifting the stack. take it slow. if you do this now the things later in life that are not important to you now will be. and you will put the blame on the use of steroids. let your body finish growing.
since you brought them into it. how dissapointed would your parents be if they knew you started using steroid..
just think real hard about this. we cant help you at this point in time sorry.
and you look great in the pic. good job.
