I've read several posts recently where someone would preface his/her comment with "I am sorry if this is a stupid question, but.............."

GO AHEAD AND ASK!!!

We are ALL still learning. EVERYONE of us!!! This board is great vehicle for educating yourself....USE IT!

This is definitely ONE of the cooler boards that doesn't tolerate flaming! We are all here to help each other out. There are plenty of helpful bro's here with tons of personal experience..........USE IT!

You may save yourself some time, pain, health problems, and perhaps money by just asking that ONE question you have been reluctant to asking!

I have learned that if I have the same question....someone probably has the same one, GOD I feel like I am in school.

The general lack of flame-ology on Steroidology is one of the things that make it a more mature board (Dr VJ and MVMAXX notwithstanding!)
I learn more here than I contribute. We all make jokes about "can I really drink Winny", but everyone's at a different level.
My best learning experiences, however, have come from reading and then reading some more, including liberal use of the search engine. Then I can REFINE my questions and at least appear intelligent! ;-)

I couldnt agree more.... I get so sick of someone responding to a question with.... Go hit the search button..... Everyone has to start somewhere... and most of us wouldnt be where we are today if someone didnt help us at somepoint......

Absolutely. There are also a few boards that have some folks who know everything, nothing is open for debate or question, etc.

My opinion on quite a few topics has changed as I learn more and hear more accounts, etc.

One of the best things about this board is that people don't make you feel stupid if you ask a question. I have been on many BB website forums and this one is by far the best. I have not seen anyone geting belittled for asking a question. You have to learn somewhere, why not here? If you have any questions ask here guys. If you are too shy, PM me your question and I will ask on your behalf until you feel comfortable here (I won't mention your name in the thread without your permission). HAPPY POSTING!
