Dont order from Pinnacle anymore!!

I have ordered through pinnacle many times. My last order was placed in November, money was received three days later. I have been emailing Jb every week after a month went by with no gear. Even pm'd some reps on here. No response from anyone via email or here. I know this type of post is unwanted but I want to get the word out.
