Plan on running An 8-10 Week TEST E+VAR CYCLE. I am Currently 5'11 195 at 12%BF Want to be 180 at the end of the cycle. I have to make a certain weight class for a combat sport. What dosages should I run if each to keep the weight gain down.
I train 2-3 times a day about 5times a week. Lift 3x a week (2 days of compounds and oly lifts 1 day of kettlebells+circuits). And have to recovery workout days.
Goals: Get stronger while losing weight, Recover better and maintain muscle while cutting.
Open to all opinions Please let me know If you think that these are the wrong compounds to run for my sport/goals.
