I'm running 500mg test a week and before a started the cycle I had slight puffy nipples and I mean very little,I've noticed they've got abit worse since I started this cycle and I've been running arimidex 0.25 since the start of the cycle which is nearly 3 weeks ago and it's done nothing,I feel like I need to up the dosage by quite abit as I'm prone to it,it's 1mg every other day to much ? Or 1mg every 3 days ? Don't know what to do but I defiantly need to up the dosage for it to help prevent this?

What is your E2 at?
Sorry I shouldn't mentioned... 0.25 arimidex EOD 500mg test e only 10 week cycle
