dosage on b12

How much b12 do you inject and how often. I looked it up and couldn't find a good answer. It also shows intra muscular. I posted a thread recently about mixing it with test and learned its not a good idea so i need to know the dosage. I will be injecting sub q.

I put 1/2 to 1cc @ 1000mcg/ml in my weekley test shot. Pull in the B-12 first, then the test other wise the B-12 will run right through the test and wont be separated. That doesnt hurt anything but but your injection will be fast, slow,fast, slow ect.. If they are separated the test will be slow and when the b12 hits the needle it will exit fast, so watch for the b12 and start using less pressure as it nears the needle and you will not have any leakage at the injection site.
