Dosing RUI Torem after DMZ 2.0 cycle

I got 1 week left of my 4 week Dmz 2.0 cycle. I took 2 caps a day for the whole cycle. I just want to know how should I dose my Torem from RUI which is 60ml 60mg/ml. How many weeks, mgs, take it morning or afternoon? Also I got about 1/3 of a bottle full of Tamoxifen 20mg/ml left over from a previous cycle. Should I stack these two or not worth it and just go with the Torem?
Ill also be using D-Pol, Triazole and cycle assist during pct just letting yall know.

Thanks.. so should I stack it with the Tamoxifen I got left or would that be pointless?
