down to 270lbs

well i am now down to 270 lbs. i have dropped a good 20 lbs so far. i am shooting for another 10 to 15 pounds and will hold there. afraid i will start eating into muscle.

things are looking pretty good. my fucking love handles are finally slimming down. thats were i am holding my most fat. but they are fading slowly.

just wanted to share this with everybody.

my work is starting to pay off:)
 
Good job! I am trying to hit 230 then come August I am going to hit some heavy cardio and try and lean down to around 211-215.

Good to hear!What are your eating habits ?
 
thanks guys -- , i am just eating 6 to 8 oz chicken every 2 to 3 hours, a little red meat thrown in now and then. no carbs till pre and post workout for 3 days then on day 4 a carb up day.

running t3 aswell. very happy with the t3 . only running it at 75mcgs aday but its doing its job very well

been slacking on the cardio for the last two weeks though but i have been doing higher reps very little rest between sets. theres 4 of us nonstop. its like cardio

going back to my heavier weights 10 rep mode next week. and back to cardio 4 days a week

happy with my progress so far. i have not seen 270lbs in a long long time. always stayed up at 290+
 
nice house good job. I Been trying to get too 290. So far i;m at 306. So i been losing some fat too.

Have you found that you are losing strenght?
Can you post a before and after pic?
 
beast, i will get pics up when i reach my goal weight brother.

i have lost a bit of strength. but am willing to make small sacrifices to reach my goals. i have to check my ego at the gym door

What a coincidence! I've also been shooting for 290. Only 116 more lbs. and I'm there!! :rolleyes:

BTW, nicely done House. Keep up the good work. Keeping your ego in check is the hardest part of the whole dieting thing, I think.

Agreed. Especially for not-so-large people like myself. The strength losses are amplified when they're not that big to begin with. That loss is devastating to the ego. Mind-fuck at it finest!

270 pounds your a shrimp :D
