Felt the need to restart my journal due to the old one having no direction. This one is specifically for my warrior diet experience, results and workout log. The diet is still new to me and any knowledgeable input is welcome. So.. Let's Begin.

how has ur energy been? also did u get the book? ive got a pdf if u need one!

i am gonna try to go back this route eventually after i lower my cholesterol, problem is i am not consuming much dairy at the moment and still wonder if too much of a good thing can eventually lead to the bad? such as always having cottage cheese three times a day or eating chicken non stop and so on....

looking good though man, i will also check out my late (RIP) trainers book for his wd recommendations and give some more info when i get a chance!
 
Cheers bud. Yeah energy is still good. Have not yet purchased the book js done ALOT of reading from various websites, forums and journals. Reading individuals experiences on it. Some have mentioned dizziness about 4 weeks in, maybe down to extreme fasting and excessive training. Personally I've not hit anything like that, js a sudden increase in weight. Today has been the first morning I've woke up and lost weight in 5 days hopefully a sign of thing to come.

Quite a drop in weight since yesterday can't really explain it. I can only assume it's down to the time I began and finished my Feast.

Got some Universal Beef Aminos today. Gonna start adding them to my fasting meals. I've read there not as good as BCAA's but I suppose some is better than nothing at all right?

Still weight loss even after the crap I ate last night. I thought the increased intake in sodium from the bag of nuts n seasoned kebab meats would have deffo caused water retention (it may still do) but has not yet fingers crossed. Never been 194lbs in many years my target of 190 looks so achievable now. Tonight's feast is gonna be a shot load of roasted veg n meaty goodness. :)

Weights creaped up a couple of lbs probs due to the last two feasts been very protein and carb dense, gonna tame it down abit and up the veg again

Energy levels seem to be declining, workouts are suffering because of it. Might do a week of fruit n veg to try overload the nutrients into the system n see if it help pick me up.

194.4lbs Today :)

Good way to start today although I'm destined to fail on Monday's. Got my lil lady so it's a case of when she eats I have to. I tried sticking to the principles but it never works, and with travelling back late from dropping her off it knocks the whole feasting time out of whack. So I'll eat during the day and start my fast on the evening ready for tomorrow.

On a different note. May add acai berry supp to fast meals for added anti-oxidants.

After spending a day off the WD I've noticed how much it has affected me. Yesterday I was less alert, my energy felt low at one point I totally crashed and actually fell asleep.

what time do u fast until ur first little meal? not the feast but the first small meal, and what time do u workout?

have u tried to do any fasting type cardio first thing in the am?
 
Im up about 06:30 have a large glass of water with vitamins. First fasted meal is about 09:00, training 10:00 cardio after weights, This is when im on a late shift if On an early training would probs be about 17-18:00. Haven't tried any fasted cardio yet. Ya reckon I should throw it in there?

I would! Tryit out for at least a few weeks and add in some bcaas so u don't loose any muscle! But def try it out and see how it goes with the weight loss
