Dried out Winstrol- worth saving?

My friend has some ampules of Winstrol that are expired; some the content has dried and is caked on the inside of the ampule. Shaking the ampule does not loosen the dried material. Is the dried material worth saving and if so, how? Thank you.

Then it's not expired yet? Lol
What conditions has it been kept in? Temperature and sunlight exposure?

LOL guess you are right. Well it's been kept room temp and dark. He opened it and tried to mix it..that worked a little. It was still flaky but he got most of it he said. He was wondering if there is a way to get it all.

He popped off the cap and mixed it with like a stir?? Probably a bad idea due to possible contamination.
