Hya guys i just started my first cycle, Just wondering wot the score is on drinking the good old fosters on a weekends?? is getting smashed every weekend out the window ??

nobody is perfect but getting smashed every weekend isnt smart when on cycle . especially if your useing orals because thats a double whammy on your liver .
 
Do what you want, just remember the less you drink the better. Alcohol isnt exactly healthy. Think about the littlest things you do to improve your health and physique. Then question whether getting hammered is a good idea.
 
Yes binge drinking every wkend is out the window... If you're goign to drink do it in MODERATION, thats the key
 
although IMO "A" drink a day is good for ya (or so they say..like a glass of red wine or a nice pint of guinness, soppusitly a lot of good anti oxidents in there) also if i were to bulk i would hit a pint of guinness before bed.

but over drinking is bad.
 
I drop too many lbs from drinking excessive amounts (6-8+) of beer because of it's inhibition of ADH. 2 or 3 every now and then seems to help me lean out. It maybe a psych thing, but then does the mirror lye?
 
well.. if your willing to risk your gains for a fosters.. your fucked... guinness.. i can understand.
 
As long as 'partying' dosent interfere with your diet (calorie intake/meal timing...) or training then there is no problem. Hell, the extra calories would benefit a bulk cycle.

partying always effects my diet. It also effects my ability to NOT fuck fat ugly chicks.
 
1 glass of red wine/day = dramatic increase in blood vessel wall elasticity (i.e. a good thing).

Yeah, but I'll bet your ratio of:

(numbers of times you get to fit fine pussy)/(drinks)

is much higher than the vast majority of kids at your school.
