dropping weight on my cruise dose

Been off tren now for about a month and a half and been dropping weight , a 3 weeks ago I was around 222lbs to.225lbs and this week I.am.aroubd 215lbs fasted
Not really any change in.my diet, but in my training I added cardio 10 min after my routine and 15 min this week after my routine ed which I never did any cardio on tren what so ever
People usually drop weight after a blast and drop back down to.your cruise dose?
Also would clen be an option on a.cruise while.I.want to cut up.abit as well?

Well dropping the tren is going to have you holding less glycogen which can account for a fair bit of weight, and you've been increasing your TDEE through cardio so... what did you expect?

I'm all for using compounds to reach your goals man, but seriously why even consider clen? You got to 9% or so that other time, use clen once you get there or near there again.
 
Thanks prince, yeah I was sick for a few days with food poisoning I believe and with some some gf issues as well lol
Seems to be getting better with the girl but it was rocky for about a week, I guess stress can play a major role in things too as my appetite went to shit last week, eating like 4 to 5 meals and not my usual 6
What do u guys usually do when u cruise, maintain, or lean out before next blast? I don't wanna get below 200 again tho lol
 
Sickness will do it too. Vomiting will empty the gut and dehydrate you all in one.. let alone put you in a larger deficit from lack of food.

Always best to maintain between bulks and cuts.

Food poisening alone is going to make anyone drop 10lbs.
 
Right now.decided to carb cycle but basic carb cycle and increased.my cals as well.from.2500 to over 3000

Meal 1
40g whey pro, 8 egg whites, 1 cup oats

Meal 2

7oz chicken breast, 1.5 cups jasmine rice, 1 cup veggies

Meal.3

6oz chicken breast, 1 cup jasmine rice, 1 cup veggies

Meal 4 ( pre workout)

7oz chicken breast, 1.5 cups jasmine rice

Meal 5 (post workout)

40g whey pro, 1 plain bagel

Meal 6

6oz lean ground beef, 1cup.cottage cheese (non fat)

Monday high day
Tues moderate day
Wed- moderate day
Thurs- High day
fri-moderate
Sat/sunday-low

Moderate day subtracting 1.5 cups jasmine rice from.meal 2

Low days subtracting
1.5 cups jasmine rice from.meals 2/4

Keeping it simple, protein stays the same.roughly 345g pro, fats 45g, and cycling the carbs
