Whats going on guys? So I have a pool day coming up with a lot of people and obviously want to look the best I can within the 10 days that I have before it so just had a quick question about adjustment of my macros.
Current Stats:
Height: 6'4
Weight: 218
Age: 25
BF: 12-13%
Macros: 270g Carbs, 65g Fat, 330 Protein.
Running a Test E, Tren Ace Cycle:
Test E: Week 4 of 600mg/week
Tren Ace: Week 3 of 375mg/week
Obviously I know 10 days isn't a whole lot of time, but was wondering how I should be adjusting my training and macros to just dry and harden as much as I can within that time. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!
