i was bored so i thought id tell anyone who remembers my first post how my DUI case went. although i blew a .12 .10 and .09 they wanted to still give me full punishment for "drunk driving". so after about 8 court appearances first one was in january this year last one was in march this year. the case was going to go to trial (i wasnt going to let these bastards scare me by saying theyre going to be harsher on the sentence if i loose). before that i was offered a 9 months DUI program, 3 years probabtion some AA classes, and some MADD classes. i was like hell no that gonnna cost me almost 4k. then they reduced the offer to 6 month program, i still said NO, then they offered a reduced charge if i tookt the deal, the offer was a wet reckless, i still sadi NO. by then i could see the DA looking fustrated or worried i couldnt tell. so they postponed the trial for another day. when i went back my lawyer said they have another offer. it was exhibition of speed with 3 years probabtion ,no dui classes or anything else that comes with a DUI, and some court fees. i took the deal, for the court fees which were 1000.00, i toook the jail time. they gave me ten days but thanks to all the hoodlums in Los angeles the jails are so full i only did one day. funny thing is when i finally made it into general population in jail i wasinvited to work out with the surenos and as soon as we finished and i ate my bologna sandwhich and apple they called my name for release. i love america! anyways time surf the board.
