to gym and schedule issues) and I really like dumbbell workouts. Could I get some advice on an effective dumbbell routine? I see some
good routines in the stickys but they are not all dumbbell. At this time my goal is to become more lean before doing a cycle this summer. But
before I do that I want to know exactly what I am doing. Then a bulking cycle? Also, is it possible to over train? I have read it is and it is not.
If you give advice, could you include how many sets of each exercise? Thanks!
