During my FIRST CYCLE questions

Hey guys, this is my first cycle I am in week 6... 250ml Test E, 400ml Test 400, 30ml Dbol. Started my cycle at 5"10 170 lbs after cutting all summer. I stopped dbol after 4 weeks when I was at 183lbs. I AM now 187lbs, just wondering what I can expect to keep after the cycle is over?

My diet is as follows

645am 5egg whites
830am 1 scoop myofusion with 2percent milk
1030am cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut buter and banana
130pm usually chicken with green peppers and multi grain bread
7pm pasta or chicken or beef

Also 2 scoops myofusion after my 5pm workout ends

And oddly my body fat has dropped a considerable amount since on the cycle. I appreciate any feedback on what you guus think again as I am new to this. Want to know how much I can expect to keep after cycle? What to run after cycle? and how is my diet?
 
Do you have a post cycle therapy (pct) lined up? As long as the post cycle therapy (pct) is good, you keep strict with your diet and weight training, you should keep most of your gains
 
Have not lined up a post cycle therapy (pct) yet, what do you guys recommend and how long after the cycle?

and tcglow thats what I hught when I started but then once I saw my gains I didnt want to change anything up. The bodyfat loss and not losing weight after dbol is what have me thrown for a loop
 
Theres a sticky on pcts just check it out and maybe you can get everything in time for your post cycle therapy (pct). 3j is the man to talk to about your diet. Hes helped me tremendously in the past 2 weeks
 
There are various formulas you can use to determine what your calories should be at to bulk. You can find some very useful ones in the diet section of these forums. It is in a sticky. Some people say bodyweight x 15 plus 250-500 calories for bulking. Your diet is just very very poor. Shoot for 1-1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight to get you started. I like that you are eating often, but those meals need to be much bigger, better quality, and higher protein im sure.
 
Thanks guys appreciate the feedback will look into adding more to my diet and finding my pct....any ideas on how I have gained so much and lost body fat if im not eating enough? I found it odd

your wasting your cycle. when after post cycle therapy (pct) you will shrink if diet is crappy. on gear you might make some gains if its not super bad, but this si limiting you and gains and post cycle it will go away since you where not eating enough.
also PCt should be on hand and #1 of importance BEFORE starting a cycle.

also no where do you mention how logn your cycle even is. can we get full details?


for teste wait 1-2 weeks and start post cycle therapy (pct) (i rec torem/tamox and clomid combo
clomid wk1-4 35-70mg ed wk1-4 tamox 20mg ed is a basic one.

The Test E and test 400 are 10 weeks dbol was 4 weeks....according to 3J I should be at 3k calories for my bulk I calculated mine im around 2000 with 150 grams protein 160 grams carbs 75 fat not including protein shakes...what food do you recommend to up my protein intake...keeo in mind my job is very demanding I cantt always stop to eat as I run an automotive shop...thanks again for input, can't say enough.

17lbs in 5 weeks? Are you taking an AI? I'm betting a lot of that is water from E2 levels rising - you feeling any bloat?

Hey, are you trying to cut still? If not then you need hella more cals, carbs, and protiens. I am 185 and take in about 5000 cals a day, tons of carbs, and 56 grams protien every 2 hours atleast. And still thats not enough. But i guess it depends on your metab. My metab is hella high. I can eat that way and cheat once a week and still cant gain weight for shit. I build lean muscle but not bulk weight.

GoPro....I am not trying to cut, im still trying to bulk, I need to add more to my diet protein wise...you have any hing I can eat thats not a sit down and eat meal? my days are kind of hectic can't always sit down to eat. Halfwit...I am not feeling any bloat at all 6 pack still showing and every part of my body has gotten bigger arms 1/2 inch ech not pumped, chest a full inch..thighs 1.5 inches....only things im taking besides what ive already mentioned is protein shake and karbolyn(50g carbs) during workout

I cook all my food at night. The best i can say for meals on the go? Cook hella lot of chicken. Chicken is really lean so you can eat a ton of it for a protien source and not worry about fat. You can bring it anywhere and dont need to heat it. The other is oatmeal and rice (to get ur carbs and cals up). I eat 6 servings (1/2 cup each) a day for carbs and cals. And make sure ur protien shakes are a mass gainer. It will help take care of the extra carbs, cals, and protien you need.
