Early onset of gyno first cycle, limited options, please help

Hello, thank you for reading. This is my first cycle. I am running test cyp, 1cc split twice a week. Today marks my week 7, and I am noticing a tenderness in the nipple area as well as tissue built up behind then. Putting moderate pressure on them is painful. This is obviously gyno. Currenty, the only thing available to me is nolvadex which is in a liquid form. 20MG/ML. Can Nolva be taken on cycle? If so, what should my dosing be using a throat dropper? How much, how often, and for how long? Seriously appreciate the answers guys. 20 years old, weighing 136, 5"7.
