i actualy went to a lab and had a test done to see how metabolism is. found out i have a high/fast metabolism, i burn over 2000 calories a day just sitting around (not even taking into account walking to class, work, practice, and exercise). so i eat a minimum of 6500 calories a day on off days, and well over 8000 on workout and/or practice days.
so if you want a more exact answer on how many calories you need to be taking in, have a RMR test done and that will give you a more exact number. so do not try to base you food intake based off how much i eat, most people don't need to eat as much as i do.
