Easy way to inject tiny amount - 0.25ml - slin pin in calves?

Is it possible to backload a slin pin and pin the calf muscle?

I tried doing this sub-q but got lumps all the time.

I'm getting tired of pinning my glutes, etc with a tiny amount of liquid (0.25ml)

Have you tried sub q to see how you react? Some get bumps some don't. I know I do.

sub q is the route I might go once I get dialed in. as for now I'm getting in da glutes.
