Eating TOO clean on cycle

Based on my food/training journals the last 2 years of competing and modeling I'm thinking I've been eating too clean this last cycle. My typical cycle is:

250 Test E wk
50mg Win per day
100-120mcg Clen/day
75 Tren Ace/day

I used to cheat 2 or 3 days a week and then do 2 or 3 straight days super clean - my old weight was higher and I had more vascularity the last 2 cycles.

Anyone have experience with a similar cycle?

How many carbs are you doing taking Win and Clen?

Well what are your goals? This looks like a cutting cycle. If you are trying to add more mass and get bigger, drop the Clen and cut down on the cardio. See if you don't add some more weight then. If not, increase the complex carbs and protein. I know gear makes it easier to kill 2 birds with one stone, but cutting while trying to put on muscle is a slow process, even with all that you are on. Whats your diet look like now? And whats your weight, bf%, etc.

got locked out for a couple days lol...

I am a part time pro model and bodybuilder, I compete middleweight 175lbs - I like to model around 179-182. This year I'm only around 172 bf about 4-5%, modeling job mid July and compete again July 24. I get lean before I start gear, but didn't get up to 200 this past winter like I usually do. Obviously my condition is more important than my weight but when I cut water for my last contest 2 weeks ago I was 165!

So pretty much I'm already very lean just trying to put back on some quality lean mass (5-7lbs) but keep my condition. I was curious other peoples experience. This was the first year I was super strict with my diet and the results are I'm a little smaller.

bro, I found that cytomel not only helped me burn the fat, but it processed the protein much more effectively allowing my calories to stay lower. I wouldn't reduce the protein intake too much...and stay lifting heavy.

there is no such thing as eating TOO CLEAN... its not that your eating too clean, its that your not eating enough in the context of your goals
