EC dosage for a good fat burning?

I've bought some Kaizen Ephedrine 8mg/caps , with caffeine pills 200mg/caps.
I'm an natural anxious guy , so when i take high yohimbe/caffeine doses , i get really nervous/handshakes etc.

I'd like to know what is the recommended dose? 25mg/200 caffeine once a day?

ephedrine usually comes in 20mg pills taken 2-3 times a day so 8mg is not much . If you are annxious guy i suggest you start with 1 dose 30-45m before cardio-training . if you are ok take the mix 2 times x day
